A space for rethinking HR systems with integrity, curiosity, and AI.
TeemBuild was created to explore the intersection of people, technology, and ethics in the modern workplace.
Built on the framework of Technology, Engagement, Ethics, and Management, TeemBuild serves as both a personal research hub and an experimental sandbox for building better HR systems — ones that value real conversations, contextual relevance, and human-first AI integration.
Here, we don’t just rely on textbooks or industry trends. We examine how people actually think and communicate — in classrooms, in forums, and in workplaces — and use that insight to shape tools, frameworks, and reflections that can lead to more equitable, effective outcomes.
Hi — I’m Christian, the researcher and systems thinker behind TeemBuild.
I’m a graduate student in Human Resource Management at Wichita State University, where my academic focus centers around HR innovation, employee systems design, and ethical AI integration.
I created TeemBuild to house my evolving research, experiments, and frameworks — from Contextual Relevance Scoring (CRS) to Bias Scanner and Voice of Manager (VoM) projects. I regularly analyze online discussion boards, HR forums, and peer conversations to uncover deeper insights about how people think, work, and evaluate fairness.
TeemBuild is my way of bridging research with real-world relevance — and using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, and local models to explore new, responsible ways of building HR systems that listen before they act.
Technology should enhance human insight, not replace it.
Engagement begins with listening — not just surveying.
Ethics must guide every AI and HR decision we make.
Management is a design practice — not just supervision.
If you’re an HR leader, grad student, AI enthusiast, or just curious about how we can use better tools to make more thoughtful decisions — I’d love to connect.
