My Story
Hi, I’m Christian Lawrence. I’m a graduate student pursuing my Master of Science in Human Resource Management at Wichita State University.
I’ve always been fascinated by people, work, and how organizations grow. Over time, I’ve also developed a passion for AI — not just from the coding side, but from the perspective of how it can actually be used in HR.
TeemBuild started as a small idea and has now become my living lab. It’s a space where I combine my research, my projects, and the unconventional frameworks I create to explore questions like:
How can AI make hiring more fair and contextual?
What new models could help HR leaders make better decisions?
How do we balance technology with the human side of work?

I see TeemBuild as more than a website. It’s a knowledge hub and experimental space where HR students, professionals, and curious learners can discover frameworks, ideas, and tools that push the boundaries of what HR can be in the age of AI.
I don’t see TeemBuild as a “finished product” — it’s a journey. Every page reflects what I’m learning, building, and testing as I grow in both HR and AI.
